Leila Pedersen
As the Founder and CEO of Triangle Solutions, Leila leverages a mixed-methods approach that blends her diverse experience in community engagement, data analysis, design thinking, impact evaluation, and organizational development. Leila brings the core values of clarity, creativity, and collaboration to every client relationship. Prior to Triangle Solutions Consulting, Leila spent over a decade launching and leading economic and social impact initiatives for public, private, and nonprofit organizations—from national think tanks to community groups.
Kurston Cook
Kurston Cook is an organizer, strategist, and evaluator with two decades of experience in grassroots organizing, strategic planning, and policy analysis. As Managing Principal of Triangle Solutions, he helps power-building organizations articulate vision into measurable impact through evaluation, strategic advising, and organizational development. His work centers on impacted communities, fosters collaboration, and leverages data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making.
