Consulting as a Public Service

Leila Pedersen's approach to consulting is rooted in her background as a coalition builder, participatory researcher, collaborative facilitator, and project manager. Before founding Triangle Solutions Consulting,  Leila spent over a decade launching and leading economic and social impact initiatives for public, private, and nonprofit organizations - from national think tanks to community groups. As a consultant, Leila leverages a mixed-methods approach that blends her diverse experience across community engagement, economic and data analysis, participatory design, and impact evaluation.

Her work managing campaigns, publishing research, passing landmark legislation, and directing public and philanthropic funding was featured in the Washington Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, the News & Observer, and more.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Leila earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Executive Master's in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
