Leila Pedersen
s the Founder and CEO of Triangle Solutions, Leila designs client experiences that help leaders and teams get unstuck, building collaboration and trust within and across organizations. Her approach blends facilitation and design thinking with impact evaluation. Before founding Triangle Solutions, she spent over a decade leading economic and social impact initiatives, from national think tanks to community groups. Today, she is thrilled to work alongside Kurston Cook, TSC's Managing Principal, who leads the firm's client engagements.
Kurston Cook
As Managing Principal of Triangle Solutions, Kurston leads the firm's client engagements, helping power-building organizations turn a broad vision into priorities they can actually resource and measure. He pairs evaluation with hands-on strategic advising, so the plan and the evidence behind it get built at the same time. In the room, he is known for facilitating hard conversations without rushing them. Kurston brings two decades of grassroots organizing and policy analysis to this work, keeping impacted communities at the center.
